Today was my 1st visit to Urban Plates & the experience was awesome! The food was great, the restaurant was nicely furnished as well. Manuel was our server & he was so attentive, providing excellent customer service. The parking can be problematic but I found parking less than a block away from the restaurant on Crescent Plaza. I highly recommend this restaurant for their eclectic choice of dishes, all reasonably priced given the current economic conditions we're all experiencing.
I come to Urban Plates at least once a week. I love the food. It's good quality, a nice selection of options, all at a reasonable price. The customer service is wonderful. Very helpful and pleasant staff, especially Michelle! She's my favorite. She remembers me and my friends and our orders. Enjoy!
Manuel was so great! He checked on us and brought us water and we were here for 2 hours. And even offered us some dessert! Manuel you were the star of this visit! And the food of course was perfect! Salmon with honey mustard, Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes! My favorite food here!
Maira was our server and she was remarkable and a great asset to the staff, and she helped us get acquainted with everything that we had questions about because this was our first time to come in and explore what urban plates had to offer. She was a great point of contact and she made our very first time dining here very memorable not to mention the food was delicious and healthy. And the portions was just right, and it did not over stuff our stomachs and leave me empty in the wallet.

The atmosphere was amazing. All the team members were extremely welcoming. Manuel in specific was super attentive and sweet. I would recommend trying their new salad it was so amazing.
A nice way to avoid having to pay a big tip and still get good reasonably priced healthy food. Easy free parking in downtown Pleasant Hill. You can either order at the cat at the counter or order from your table. They bring the food out and tipping is kind of up to you. The food was not large portions but once you get up and move around it was fine. Not overly crowded and very reasonable and healthy options.
I absolutely love this place. The blackened salmon with the beer and goat cheese salad is so delicious. I normally get it with the rice but I tried the truffle parm fries today and they were so good. Perfect combo with the truffle garlic aioli. And the cowboy cookie omg its just chewy amd perfectly complex. Ill never stop coming to this healthy, hearty, perfectly place.

Urban Plates was such a great experience. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and every sauce we tried was absolutely amazing. You can really taste the quality in everything. The restaurant itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!
